With the extended hours, Foster Burger will expand the viewing schedule on the winterized heated patio to include Champion League Soccer on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Soccer fans can grab a burger and take advantage of the patio specials on draft beer while watching their favorite teams face off in surround sound on our 100? projector screen.

The first (and only for now) Portland pub to feature sour beers (in addition to beers of a more traditional vein).

Over the years I’ve had various discussions with various soccer heads, and the topic has often turned to the question of why don’t we have an all-soccer all the time bar in Portland? We know it would do well. Look at how packed Kells gets, for example, for big matches (even the ones that start at 7am!?).

Now we can test our theory – Taste of Europe, the small market on 18th and Hawthorne, has been remodeled and rechristened the 442 Soccer Bar.
